Currency & pricing
All prices on our site are displayed and charged in USD. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank will apply its standard conversion rate at the time of purchase. Some banks may also apply a small foreign transaction fee — please check with your card provider if you're unsure.
Order confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder before reaching out — it almost always ends up there.
Payment issues
If your payment is declined, we'd suggest double-checking your card details, ensuring your billing address matches what your bank has on file, or trying an alternative payment method. Declines are most often caused by temporary bank holds or security flags on international transactions — your bank can usually resolve these quickly.
